Tiger Woods, worlds famous golf player committed adultery and caused him to loose his contract with Gatorade. Ever since news broke out that Tiger Woods had been unfaithful to his wife he has made news go off all over the media. Now recent news has broke out that Tiger Woods would hire escorts. According to famous blogger Perez Hilton, Tiger hired a couple of escorts and professional porn stars and took them on a trip to Las Vegas spending thousands in a night. So many stories have come out about his affair. But regardless of all the drama and stories Tiger Woods wife is still by his side. It was also said that she would be staying by his side and has also sign a contract that she would stay with him for at least two more years and by signing the contract she agrees not to speak of the situation. What might be worse is that more and more women keep on coming out claiming to have had an affair with Woods.

The Crashers

According to the news Michaele Salahi and her husban Tareq, the famous couple that crash on the president Obama’s state dinner. The couple has try to crash other events that the president obama has done at the white house. They entered the white house as if they were invited. They took many pictures with different people that were there. The White house now is investigating how these people entered such an important event. Many people are are distrusting the security of the white house. These people did not do any harm to no one or steal any object. The white house is taking important decision on how to secure the entrance of the people that go in there.
Michaele Salahi and her husband Tareq were just a couple that wanted to meet important people, but did not do it the right way. These people are in serious problem, but if their intention was a positive way the white house should understand. These people did not harm any one or harm the president. The truth should be reveal and get to a conclusion. The white house should be more careful and the security that work there.

A couple sneak in at the dinner of Mr.Obama

All presidents must have security at all times, specially when the president is have to exposed himself out with the public. Presidents risk their live every time that they are exposed. unfortunately not all people are happy with what president is being elected every four years. Therefore the president have to be protected with body guards all over the White House and when ever the president is out with the public. However I do not understand why did the body guards and all the responsible people who are in charge to keep the president safe let a couple (Michaele Salahi,and Tareq) in at the dinner that president Obama was having for the Prime Minister Manmohan Singhs who was visiting. fortunately nothing bad happened to any of the gust nor the president himself. Know there is being an investigating of how this incident happened. Im still wondering how did this couple was able to sneak in without being stop. I just hope that the body guards and the rest of the people who are in charge to keep the president Obama safe better have more supervision to prevent this kind of incidents.

A massacre incident

Yesterday in Texas a serious incident happened at the Texas military base. A 39 year old male name Nidal Hasan killed 13 soldiers and left about 30 wounded soldiers, who the majority of them were Hispanic. Sadly one of the soldiers that Hasan killed was a 21 year old female from Chicago who apparently was pregnant. In the news the media said that he was going to be sent back to Afghanistan. Hasan was going to some personal problems. Others said that he was getting frustrated because he was going to be sent to Afghanistan and he did not want to go against other Muslims. The guns that Hasan had at the massacre cine were legally bought in Texas. They thought that Nidal Hasan had killed himself but fortunately he did not die, he is in a stable place at the military air force medical center in where he is recovering.
I think that the media should be thinking that Hasan might have some kind of connections to a possible terrorism. But I don’t think that killing innocent people was the correct way to let go off his emotions. Hasan should have had look for help. The damage is being done as for if he survives he has to confront and give a lot of explanations about his shooting.

Different traditions different cultures

Perhaps that we all know that we all have different traditions because of the different cultures. Well this past three days all I hear is what are, “what are you wearing for Halloween? “ And this brings to an every year discussion with my friends. The majority of my friends is Hispanic, but as well we all have different believes, cultures and traditions. Some of my friends are Christian, but one of them has the tradition of not celebrating it al all. I don’t find it weird because I respect every one believes traditions and cultures. As for the other halve of my friends are catholic and they do go out and celebrate Halloween. I personally don’t lireally celebrate Halloween but I go get dress up and try to have fun. Mean while my traditions and cultures are others. I celebrate “El Dia de Los Muertos” which means the day of the death. Each year my family starts cooking small amount of viority of food. MY mom does this “alter” in Spanish we call it “altar or ofrenda”, dedicated to the death people. MY family and I believe that the spirit of our love ones come to our house each year to eat. We put food, pictures, candy, candles, flowers, drinks and bread. The food is for the spirits to eat. We put vioryties of drinks chocolate and champurrado are put for both the adult and kids. The tequilas and the other beer and hard liquor are just for the adults. The flowers is to make them feel welcome, there is one flower in particular we use is called “sepasulchi,” it has a weird strong smell. The candles are to help the spirits find their way home. As for the pictures, are put to remember the ones who had past way. On Oct. 28 with start making our “ofrendas” the first one is dedicated to all the people who die in accidents and to the unborn ones. On Oct. the 31st is for all the kids, Nov. 1st is for all the adults and for the death ones in general is on Nov. the 2nd. Also on November the 2nd at 12 midnight my family takes flowers to all of our love ones, and sometimes takes them mariachi. We believe that that same night they return back to their grave yard so with mariachi and flowers is a way to welcome then and say “laters” to them. And each year is the same. Well “happy Halloween” to everyone or” Feliz Dia de Los Muertos” or to what ever you might celebrate or don’t celebrate on October the 31st.

Tips, How to save water and money

I was researching about water and it was shocking to know that people are taking water for granted. As for it also it reminded me of the conversation I over heard in down town Los Angeles on my way to work about the economy and paying bills. This past few years we have suffer from water age and the economy is getting worst. Businesses owners are commenting that business is getting slower and slower. They are not making the profit that they used to make. According to what I have heard in people’s conversations they are complaining that the bills are getting to expensive and hard to pay.
On Tue. Oct. 13 we had storms; clouds roll in and finally rain in Los Angeles. But many people question it would this rain stay or is it just going to rain for a few days. Summer is over; would this be a good or bad news business owners? The economy is bad and people are getting worried of how to pay their bills since we are suffering from water age the bills rates are increasing.
People are using the hose to clean their drive way and side walk instead of using the broom. Since we are experiencing a water age and a bad economy we should consider and have conscious about saving as much as we can. Hear are some tips that will help save water and some money.
Fist tip, they are many ways to save water and they all start with you.
When washing dishes by hand, don’t let the water run while rising. Fill one sink with wash water and the other with rinse water.
Water your lawn and garden in the morning or evening when the temperatures are cooler to minimize evaporation.
Use a broom instead of a hose to clean the drive way, side walk ECT.
If your shower fills in one gallon bucket in less then 20 seconds, replace the shower head with a water efficient model.
Shorten your shower by a minute or two and you’ll save up to 150 gallons per month.
Drop your tissue in the trash instead of flushing it and save water everytime.
Turn off the water while you shave and save up to 300 gallons a month.
And when you give your pet fresh water don’t throw the old water down the drain use it to water your threes or shrubs.

Predictions or superstitions

Every time that I ride the car or the bus I always look at the billboards. And the billboard that has caught my attention ever since is the announcement of the movie 2012. Not only is the movie making people go all chaos but also the supposedly predictions are not helping at all.

One thing for sure is that in 2012 is not the end of the world this is just a superstition just like the one we had for the year 2000. Although is just a superstition their yet it we should be aware and be alert for things that ere affecting us and the world not for the “end “of the world, but for other things that are happening in the world. I’m pretty sure that this superstition is just another way to scared people and prepared them just like people did in the year 1999 in able to receive the year 2000.

We still live in a racial society

This after noon I watch this film call RIZE and is about how the krumping dance was introduce and where did it came from. And it reminded me of the film I watch in communications 10 call “over the lines”and it also connected me to the discussion in my english class I had, about popular culture. The question that my English instructor race was, “should popular culture should be thought in a higher education?” The majority of the students responded that it should be thought in college. Their for we had to read an article call “Scholars spend as much time with ‘the love boat’ as with Shakespeare”,by Robert Trussell. The article explains that Mr. Trussell supports the idea of having to teach popular culture in a higher education. However not everyone agreed with him. The Bowling Green graduates who had a radio program in California said that Mr. Trussell should be stopped because his evil. This profs that society is still close minded and does not approve to new things that is out of their own typical life style. For example in Plato’s cave, the cave represents the media showing the racial contradiction in society, in which makes society belive things that are not always true about society culture. Their for society still manage to ignored racial conflict.This also connects with the film in communications 10 because in the film “over the lines” by Margaret Bourke-white, shows racial actions. As for in the film, the main character had to play a role where he pretended to be a jewish, when in reality he was caucasian person. People pretended to ignore the fact that he was jewish. This shows that society had a lack of knowledge about ethnicity, religion, etc. back in the latest 1940′s, as for now we are living the 21′s century and we are still having racial issues.

Remembering the world Trade Center

Today when I got back home from work I turn on the television and the first thing I see this men who is talking infront of the audience with this sad inpression on his face. He was remembering the people who die on one of the twin towers and one of his family members on Septermber 9,2001. This sad moment made me have flash backs. I remeber that I was getting ready to go to schol and my step dad had the television on, and since my step dad would always have the television on to watch movies while he was ironing his clothes well I actually thought that he was watching a movie. I remebre I was putting my shoes and I was watching  the people were jumping out off the buildings and I would see pople crying talking on their cell phones. The camaras were getting a close up of all this people, so for me I actually thought that what I was watching was a movie. When I got to school I told one of my friends about this “movie”  I was watching. When I whent to my class room I see some of the same immiges I had seen before in this movie I suposibly I was watching. My Teacher was expalining us of what was going on I realize that this was real and nothing that I was watching was a fiction movie. This was actually happening in our country. I really got scared and satred crying because the people I had seen jumping out of the buildings were real. I was totally in shock. Through all this years Im still shock and sad just knowing the fact that all that situation had affected all us in every way. We are still in war. More inoccent people are diying and the economy has affected alot of families and people are lossing their jobs. That why I think that we should never forget what happend that September 11, 2001 because this is History.
